1. I am READING/LISTENING to lifehacker,Tim Ferriss’ super inspiring podcast, “The Magic of Mindfulness: Complain Less, Appreciate More, and Live a Better Life.” It’s only 30 minutes long and you can skip the first and last 5 minutes when he just chit-chats. So, in just 20 minutes (I listened while enjoying a nice long shower), you can be inspired with a handful of ways to lead a better life. I am looking forward to using the Five Minute Journal and gratefulness prompts. After 3 days of attempting the 21-Day No Complaint Challenge, I am currently starting over at day 1. Let us know which you choose to implement! (Heads-Up: Tim drops the F-bomb 3-4 times so just be aware if you’re listening with kids.)
