Switching Sizes During a Pre-Order or Before Your Order Ships

Please Note: All non sale items are subjected to a 10% "restocking/refunding" fee. Personalized items or custom orders cannot be returned. SALE ITEMS are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

If you need to switch sizes before an outfit ships to you, please follow the directions below.

1- Place a NEW order with the new styles and sizes that you need.

2-Email gjkcustomercare@gmail.com once you have placed your new order. Include the following message. "I just placed a new order #--- to replace XYZ outfit in Order # ---. Please refund Order # ----." Make sure to include the order number and specific item to be refunded.

3-We cannot guarantee the same delivery date as your first order. Please look at our pre-order and shipping timelines listed on the website.
