Updates to our Spring and Summer Shipping Timelines

Sweet Friends,

We hope this letter finds you safe and healthy. Here in Georgia, as well as many other states, we are under a shelter in place mandate. Our manufacturers are also observing these mandates and have closed their sewing rooms. Spring and summer productions were in full swing and nearing their early completion. It is important to us to always be transparent and honest so we wanted to let you know how we are handling potential delays on our end. 

Orders were scheduled to begin shipping to customers mid-April (Spring Collections) and mid-May (Summer Collections). Luckily, we were already running about a week ahead of schedule production-wise. Since learning of the closure mandates, our manufacturers have made preparations to expedite production when the sewing rooms reopen. We are hopeful that we will be able to deliver with only a 2-3 week delay to our original timelines, and will continue to communicate this with you.

We are currently working to fulfill as many spring and summer orders as we can with the inventory that we have on hand. These orders will begin shipping out ASAP. If we were able to fulfill part of your order now, we have. We will be shipping the remainder of your order in May. Please know that we will fulfill all orders as soon as the shipments arrive to us in May.

Safety and health are our number one priority. All of our employees are working remotely. Georgia Anne is the only one who is going into the warehouse to fulfill orders. She is following all safety and healthy regulations recommended by the CDC as your orders are being packaged. Health, happiness, and humor are being prayed over each package, as well.

We appreciate your love and support for Grace and James Kids over the past four years and even more so over the past two weeks. Many of you have been with us since the beginning and it continues to be our honor to “watch” your children grow up and to be able to dress them.
