Returns and Exchanges Policy
Toys, SALE items, and custom garments (custom knits, monograms, Jesus Loves Me, etc.) are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.
For non sale items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We are happy to accept the return of unworn (no signs of wear and with the tag attached to the garment), unwashed or defective items, within 5 days of receipt of your order for an EXCHANGE. All non sale items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Personalized items or custom orders cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange an item please complete the following steps:
1-Purchase the new size on graceandjameskids.com and add a note that your purchase is for an exchange.
2-Mail back the Exchange Authorization Form with the items that you are exchanging.
Our return address is Grace and James Kids, Attn: Returns, 175 Witherspoon Road Athens, GA 30606. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If you need to reach us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
We will work to resolve this problem immediately. Please email email@example.com so we can work together to make it right.
